Inventory recheck and doctor registration at start of lease can also be offered, at extra cost. If you are unable to travel to view property this is ideal, allowing you to move straight into your chosen property
1 Day Desktop House Search:
This is where we search and schedule appointments for you to attend independently, giving you a detailed itinerary. We then negotiate on your behalf, forward a written offer to the agent, offer you advice on legal compliance here in Scotland, assist with lease signing, rental payments & key collection and ensure utilities are set up in your name
1/2 or 1 Day Orientation: :
This is ideal for an assignee who is here on a reconnaissance trip, allowing them to familiarise themselves with the area and different housing options. As well as an orientation of different locations we will schedule appointments to view several properties in chosen area/s so that informed decisions can be made on their return regarding the type of accommodation preferred
